This summer at the Rochester Young Scholars Academy at Geneseo, within the context of a crime scene investigation, students and faculty will work together to theorize, analyze, critique, and evaluate individuals' communication. Moreover, students will learn ways to increase their personal level of communication competence. Together, we will help students develop an appreciation for the arts of public speaking and argumentation, confidently prepare and deliver press releases, collaboratively problem solve, and critcially observe nonverbal communication.
