Classroom and Meeting Room Policies

Request a room | Check room availability | Room Descriptions


Reservations are generally made on a first-come first-served basis. The following events may take priority:

  • Library instruction
  • Teaching and learning center events have priority in Room 208

Milne library classrooms and room requests are coordinated by Nicole Menarchem

Confirmation of a reservation will be made via email within three business days. Alternative classrooms may be suggested. Please do not assume you have the room reserved until you receive an e-mail confirmation.

* Only Geneseo faculty, staff, and recognized student organizations may reserve rooms in Milne Library (Accordance with the Office of Campus Scheduling & Special Events Policies and Procedures)
