Government Documents Retrieval

Retrieval from Fraser Study Center and Holcomb Storage

For all requests of government document materials housed in Fraser Study Center or Holcomb Storage, please submit an online request form via ILLiad, Milne Library's Information Delivery Services. Turnaround time will vary, but most requests should be processed within 48 hours of submission by the patron.

For those requests needed in less than 48 hours, please see a reference librarian during regular reference desk hours, or contact Tom Ottaviano, Government Documents Librarian, by calling 245-5213 or by email. At all other times, please go to the Circulation Desk in Milne Library for assistance with your request.

The vast majority of the print government document collection is housed in Room 203 of the Fraser Study Center. The exception to this will be the Congressional Record from 1954-1963, which will be available on the upper level of Milne Library.
