The best way to get an answer to your problem! Ask a librarian at the Reference Desk. The desk is staffed Monday through Sunday, most hours the library is open. Our desk is located on the main level of Milne Library, across from the Circulation Desk.

Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Saturday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Sunday 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

During summer sessions and college vacations, reference librarians are on duty from 9:00 AM until close.

Our email reference service is great for factual information, verification of holdings, checking for citations and quick questions. Responses are generally within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays.
