One hobby that I really enjoy in my "spare time" is henna. I still have a great deal to learn about this ancient tradition; I find it almost a meditation as I get lost in the intricate designs.

I have a lot of friends with children these days. I am the official "Auntie" for them all. They are all very special to me in all their different ways.

I am by no means an outstanding photographer, but I do enjoy taking pictures. I just take a LOT of them and occasionally get something worth sharing. Here are a few of my favorites:

I am currently owned by a single long-haired ginger cat named Loki. He's definitely got enough personality to maintain a house all on his own, so it's just the two of us until further notice.
