Services

Fraser Hall Library has a variety of exhibit spaces under its purview. However, we welcome all recognized campus clubs and organizations (especially student groups) to use our exhibit space to mount their own displays, based on availability.

• Please submit requests to reserve an exhibits space using the Exhibit Space Reservation Form 
  • Please check the Exhibits and Space Planning Calendar to see if the desired dates are available for the exhibit space that you would like to reserve
  • Check the inventory of available exhibit spaces
•  Patty Hoffman, Exhibits Coordinator, will be responsible for meeting with exhibitors, unlocking/locking cases during exhibit installations, and providing materials and assistance as needed.
• The Library’s Social Media Committee will promote exhibits posts with input from the exhibitor.
• The Fraser Hall Library Web Developer may create and update space on the Library’s website for a calendar of current and upcoming exhibits.
