Open Educational Resources for Faculty

Project CORA (Community of Open Research Assignments) is an open access resource for librarians and faculty that contains lesson plans, worksheets, and other resources related to research and/or IL topics.

PRIMO is a means to promote and share peer-reviewed instructional materials created by librarians to teach people about discovering, accessing, ethically using and evaluating information in networked environments. The Committee hopes that publicizing selective, high quality resources will help librarians to respond to the educational challenges posed by still emerging digital technologies.

MERLOT is a free and open online community of resources designed primarily for faculty, staff and students of higher education from around the world to share their learning materials and pedagogy.

OER Commons is a public digital library of open educational resources. Explore, create, and collaborate with educators around the world to improve curriculum.

OpenStax CNX has been retired and the page you are looking for no longer exists.
CNX was in service for over twenty years, and its community of users have been an incredibly important part of our journey as an organization. However, the CNX platform became outdated and the needs of students and instructors have evolved, requiring it to be replaced with a more modern and robust set of tools to support students, instructors, and continue our mission of providing high-quality, free textbooks and education solutions. Where can I find OpenStax and CNX books now?
Official OpenStax textbooks are freely available. They can be found at https://www.openstax.org/subjects

Community-created CNX textbooks have been transferred to the Internet Archive, where they are freely available, at https://archive.org/details/@openstax-staxly.

A small percentage of community-created CNX textbooks were not transferred to the Internet Archive due to technical issues we encountered during transfer. Please contact OpenStax's Customer Support team if you are unable to find your community-created CNX textbook on the Internet Archive.
