Education (Lesson Planning Resources): Technology Tools

This page lists technology tools, including websites and apps, that teachers could utilize to empower the student-learner to be an effective creative communicator: "Students choose the appropriate platforms and tools for meeting the desired objectives of their creation or communication (ISTE Standards for Students, 6a).

These technology tools are separated by category: Assessments & Portfolios, Collaboration & Discussion, Digital Media, and Coding & Game Design. Some technology tools cross categories, some are suited for certain aged students more than others, and some offer free accounts and others require paid subscriptions. Please use your judgment and refer to federal and state online privacy and safety laws when using these for your classroom.
